A unique and delicious twist on the classic burger, featuring a cheesecake patty, crispy bacon, and fresh blackberries.

- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup (50 g) sugar
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup (60 g) graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ¼ cup fresh blackberries, finely chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- 1 egg, beaten
- ¼ cup flour
- Oil for frying
- 4 brioche or sesame seed buns
- 8 slices crispy bacon
- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- Creamy sauce (options: poppy seed dressing, vanilla yogurt, or honey cream cheese spread)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in blackberry bits.
- In another bowl, mix crumbs with melted butter, then press into the bottom of ring molds (or muffin tins for minis).
- Pour cheesecake mixture on top and bake 18–20 minutes, until set.
- Cool completely, then chill for at least 2 hours.
- Carefully unmold chilled cheesecake rounds.
- Coat each patty lightly in flour, dip in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil (350°F / 175°C) for 2–3 minutes until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
- Toast burger buns lightly.
- Spread creamy sauce on the bottom bun.
- Place cheesecake patty, then layer with crispy bacon.
- Add fresh blackberries for a juicy pop.
- Top with more sauce and the bun crown.
