This delicious no-bake Banana Cookie Butter Cream Pie combines creamy banana flavors with a cookie butter twist.

- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar, divided
- 1 cup cookie butter, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup heavy cream, very cold
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup sliced bananas, for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until combined.
- Add 1/2 cup of cookie butter and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Add the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
- In a pie crust, layer the cream mixture, and top with the remaining cookie butter.
- Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top and add sliced bananas as a garnish.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, leave some vanilla wafers for crust topping.
- Make sure the heavy cream is very cold before whipping for best results.
