This delicious no-bake Banana Cookie Butter Cream Pie combines creamy banana flavors with a cookie butter twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, divided
  • 1 cup cookie butter, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, divided
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup heavy cream, very cold
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 cup sliced bananas, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until combined.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of cookie butter and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  6. Add the mashed bananas and mix until combined.
  7. In a pie crust, layer the cream mixture, and top with the remaining cookie butter.
  8. Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top and add sliced bananas as a garnish.
  9. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a crunchier texture, leave some vanilla wafers for crust topping.
  • Make sure the heavy cream is very cold before whipping for best results.
