Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pineapple: Cut fresh pineapple into bite-sized chunks and pat them dry with a paper towel to help the syrup stick better.
  2. Coat with Syrup: In a bowl, toss pineapple chunks with strawberry (or raspberry) syrup until evenly coated. Let sit for 2–3 minutes so the syrup clings nicely.
  3. Roll in Sugar: Mix granulated sugar with rainbow sanding sugar in a shallow dish. Roll each syrup-coated pineapple chunk in the sugar mixture until fully covered.
