- 1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as listed)
- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups caramel popcorn (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup caramel sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- ½ cup chocolate chips (melted for drizzle)
Instructions
- Prepare brownie batter according to package or recipe.
- Spread into a greased 9×13-inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour gently over the brownie batter, spreading evenly.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes, until brownies are set. Cool completely.
- Spread caramel popcorn evenly over the cooled brownie slab.
- Drizzle with warm caramel sauce to help popcorn stick.
- Chill for 10 minutes to set.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Slice into bars or squares.
