Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • 1 cup caesar dressing
  • 8 ounces pasta (gluten-free for gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan cheese), grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in cream, caesar dressing, and pasta; cook until pasta is tender.
  6. Finish with parmesan, lemon juice, and parsley.
