Instructions

  1. Prepare crust: Bake pie crust (if homemade or unbaked shell) until golden and fully cooked. Cool completely.
  2. Cook glaze: In a saucepan, whisk together sugar and cornstarch. Slowly add water while whisking to avoid lumps. Cook over medium heat until thickened and clear (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add flavor: Stir in strawberry gelatin and lemon juice. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
