Description

Deliciously fluffy doughnuts filled with a creamy Oreo filling and topped with a sweet glaze and crushed Oreos.


Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 packet (7 g) instant yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for filling)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for filling)
  • 6 crushed Oreo cookies (for filling)
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 34 tbsp milk (for glaze)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
  • Crushed Oreo cookies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk, egg, and butter. Knead until smooth (about 8–10 minutes).
  3. Cover and let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).
  4. Roll out dough to ½-inch thickness. Cut into doughnut rounds with a cutter (with or without holes).
  5. Place on a floured tray, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Heat oil to 175°C (350°F). Fry doughnuts until golden brown on both sides, about 1–2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  8. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  9. Fill a piping bag and set aside.
  10. Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla into a smooth glaze.
  11. Dip cooled doughnuts in glaze, sprinkle generously with crushed Oreos.
  12. Pipe Oreo cream filling inside (for filled doughnuts) or serve as is with cream topping.

  • Ensure the oil is at the correct temperature for frying to achieve a golden brown color.
  • Adjust the milk in the glaze for desired consistency.
  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate Oreos.
