Description

Delicious boneless chicken fillets stuffed with creamy brie and tangy cranberry sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut a pocket into each chicken fillet.
  3. Stuff each pocket with brie and cranberry sauce.
  4. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  5. Heat oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  6. Sear chicken for 3 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
