- Fresh cranberries (or sugared cranberries) for garnish
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a muffin pan (this helps them hold shape).
- Unroll the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Mix together honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Spread the honey mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
- Spread a thin, even layer of cranberry sauce over top.
- Roll up the pastry tightly from one long side like a jelly roll.
- Slice into 12 even swirls using a serrated knife.
- Place each swirl into the muffin pan wells.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until puffed and golden caramelized.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing (the honey forms a sticky glaze!).
- Add 3–4 fresh cranberries on top of each swirl.
- Tuck in a tiny rosemary tip for the holiday wreath look.
- Lightly dust with powdered sugar to resemble snow.
Notes
- Ensure the puff pastry is cold for easier handling.
- Feel free to use store-bought cranberry sauce for convenience.
- These swirls can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
