This cream cheese pound cake is rich, moist, and incredibly delicious.

- 3 sticks unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C) and grease your loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray.
- Beat the unsalted butter and cream cheese together until smooth and creamy.
- Add sugar and mix until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Add flour and salt in two additions, mixing gently until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pans and tap gently to remove air bubbles.
- Bake for 60 to 75 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out almost clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- This cake pairs well with fresh fruit or a drizzle of chocolate.
