Description

This creamy and cheesy corn bake is a delicious side dish perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: diced jalapeño or red bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add corn, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir until evenly combined.
  5. Spread mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
