- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder (optional, for extra flavor)
- ½ tsp paprika (optional, for color and taste)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For Serving (optional): Ranch dressing, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Wash and cut cauliflower into small, even florets. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
- Add the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture and toss again until well coated.
- Arrange the coated florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For extra crunch, you can broil the cauliflower bites for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
