  • For Serving (optional): Ranch dressing, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Wash and cut cauliflower into small, even florets. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  4. In a large bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Add the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture and toss again until well coated.
