This delicious recipe features tender meatballs cooked with a tangy sauce of pepperoncini, ranch dressing, and Au Jus gravy mix.

- 32 ounces Frozen Meatballs
- 1 ounce Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1 ounce Ranch Dressing Mix
- 8 Mild Pepperoncini Peppers
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini Juice (from the jar of peppers)
- 1/2 cup Butter (sliced into pieces)
Instructions
- Place the meatballs in the bottom of a crock pot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and gravy mix evenly over the top of the meatballs in the crock pot.
- Top with the pepperoncini pepper and juice.
- Place the diced up butter on top of the meatballs.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
- Stir the ingredients thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For best results, use frozen meatballs that are precooked.
- Adjust cooking times based on your slow cooker model.
