- 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions
- Layer the ingredients – Start by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker. This helps them absorb all the wonderful flavors from the seasonings and vegetables layered on top.
- Add the vegetables – Scatter the sliced bell peppers and onions over the chicken. These vegetables soften beautifully during cooking and release natural sweetness that balances the spices.
