- 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
- 8–10 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
Instructions
- Place chicken fillets in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
- Place butter slices on top.
- Add pepperoncini peppers and juice.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with forks before serving.

- For a spicier version, add more pepperoncini peppers.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes to soak up the juices.
