- 1 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 pieces)
- 1 oz ranch dressing mix
- 1 oz brown gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- ½ cup sour cream
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine chicken breasts, ranch dressing mix, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
- Stir to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it well with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
