- 1 ½ cups shredded chicken
- ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 can jumbo biscuit dough (8-count)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions until smooth and creamy.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece slightly with your hands or a rolling pin.
- Add a spoonful of filling into the center of each dough piece. Fold and seal the edges tightly.
- Place the bombs seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the tops of each biscuit.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
