This homemade pizza dough is easy to make and perfect for any pizza night!
Ingredients

- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (100°F/38°C)
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil; stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour at room temperature.
- Refrigerate overnight, then let rest for 30 minutes before shaping into pizzas.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C), shape the dough, add toppings, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

- This dough can be refrigerated overnight for better flavor.
- You can freeze the dough for later use.
