Description

Refreshingly tangy mocktail combining pomegranate juice and ginger beer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces 100% pomegranate juice
  • 2 ounces ginger beer
  • ½ ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Flaky sea salt, for rimming
  • Lime wedge and wheels, for rimming and garnish
  • Pomegranate arils, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass by running a lime wedge around the rim. Dip the rim into a plate of coarse salt to coat. Fill the glass with ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker or small measuring cup, combine the pomegranate juice, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour the juice mixture over the ice in the prepared glass.
  4. Top with ginger beer and gently stir once to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh pomegranate arils and a lime wheel if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness with more or less pomegranate juice if desired.
  • For a more intense flavor, muddle some pomegranate arils in the bottom of the glass before adding ice.
