  • ¼ tsp mustard seeds (optional, for texture)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine pineapple, habaneros, garlic, vinegar, lime juice, honey, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth or slightly chunky, depending on your preferred texture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  5. Add mustard seeds in the last few minutes for an artisanal touch.
