A thick, cheesy, golden deep-dish pizza piled high with sausage, pepperoni, bacon, and gooey mozzarella that stretches with every slice.

- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet instant yeast (2 ¼ tsp)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ¼ cups warm water (110°F / 43°C)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups crushed tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- ½ cup cooked bacon, chopped
- ½ cup cooked Italian sausage crumbles
- ½ cup cooked ground beef (optional, for extra meaty flavor)
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (optional, for cheesy blend)
- Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until dough forms, then knead for 7–10 minutes until smooth.
- Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour (until doubled).
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add crushed tomatoes, oregano, and Italian seasoning. Simmer 15 minutes until slightly thickened. Season to taste.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a deep-dish pan (or cast-iron skillet).
- Punch down dough and press into the pan, covering the bottom and sides.
- Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella directly on the dough (this prevents sogginess).
- Spread sauce evenly over cheese.
- Add cooked sausage, ground beef, pepperoni, and bacon.
- Top with another thick layer of mozzarella and cheddar.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley or basil on top.
- Slice into hearty wedges and enjoy the cheesy, meaty goodness!

- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños or crushed red pepper flakes.
