Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and flavorful treat, perfect for parties or a fun family dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ small onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes or shredded)
- 12 slider rolls or refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment. Flatten rolls or biscuit dough slightly with your hand. Place 1 tbsp beef mixture and 1 cube of mozzarella in the center. Pinch dough tightly to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down in baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush generously over the tops of each bomb. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is oozing. Brush with extra garlic butter after baking if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
- These bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch.
