Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and flavorful treat, perfect for parties or a fun family dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese (cut into cubes or shredded)
  • 12 slider rolls or refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment. Flatten rolls or biscuit dough slightly with your hand. Place 1 tbsp beef mixture and 1 cube of mozzarella in the center. Pinch dough tightly to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down in baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Brush generously over the tops of each bomb. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is oozing. Brush with extra garlic butter after baking if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
  • These bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch.
