Description

A delicious fusion of a cheeseburger and pizza, the Giant Burger Pizza with Meat and Cheese is a game-changer for pizza lovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (or ketchup/mustard blend for burger flavor)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Ketchup & mustard for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 min until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth (about 8 minutes).
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
  6. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  7. Roll dough into a large round or rectangular pizza base.
  8. Spread with pizza sauce (or a ketchup/mustard mix for an authentic burger twist).
  9. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  10. Add cooked beef evenly on top.
  11. Scatter pickle slices across the pizza.
  12. Add another sprinkle of cheese if desired.
  13. Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  14. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard in zigzag lines.
  15. Slice and serve hot — it’s like a cheeseburger and pizza combined!
