Instructions
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, cream (or coconut cream), honey, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth, creamy, and thick. If needed, stop to scrape down the sides.
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe into serving bowls or glasses to get that soft-serve swirl effect.
- Add fresh pineapple chunks on top for extra sweetness and texture.
- Enjoy right away for the best soft-serve consistency.
