Gooey Peanut Butter & Jelly Cheesecake Bombs are irresistible treats that combine creamy cheesecake filling with a delicious dough shell, coated in graham cracker crumbs.

- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent roll dough)
- ½ cup strawberry or raspberry jam (or your favorite jelly)
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers (or digestive biscuits)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Extra jam for drizzling (optional)
- Melted peanut butter or white chocolate drizzle (optional)
- Crumble topping (brown sugar + butter + crushed cookies) (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes to firm up slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
- Spoon a tablespoon of cheesecake filling into the center.
- Add a small teaspoon of jam on top.
- Carefully fold the dough around the filling and pinch edges to seal.
- In a shallow dish, mix crushed graham crackers with sugar.
- Brush each dough ball with melted butter, then roll in the graham mixture until fully coated.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with melted peanut butter, white chocolate, or extra jam.
- Sprinkle with crumble topping for extra crunch.
Notes
- For a different flavor, try using chocolate or grape jelly.
- Make sure to seal the dough well to prevent the filling from leaking during baking.
