- 1 bag (32 ounces) frozen tater tots
- 2 cans (15 ounces) beef chili (with or without beans)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the frozen tater tots evenly in a large baking dish.
- Pour the beef chili over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat!
