  • 2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced (or use rotisserie chicken)
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened (optional for extra creaminess)
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (plus more for dipping)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
  • Salt + pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray with parchment.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and arrange the triangles in a circular wreath, points facing outward and overlapping slightly.
  3. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese along the base of the dough (optional but so delicious).
  4. Add the shredded turkey in a ring and sprinkle generously with cheese.
  5. Add small spoonfuls of cranberry sauce over the turkey and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  6. Fold the tips of the crescent dough triangles over the filling and tuck them under the center to seal the ring.
  7. Brush the top with melted butter and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
