- 2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced (or use rotisserie chicken)
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened (optional for extra creaminess)
- ½ cup cranberry sauce (plus more for dipping)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted (for brushing)
- Salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking tray with parchment.
- Unroll the crescent dough and arrange the triangles in a circular wreath, points facing outward and overlapping slightly.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese along the base of the dough (optional but so delicious).
- Add the shredded turkey in a ring and sprinkle generously with cheese.
- Add small spoonfuls of cranberry sauce over the turkey and season with salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Fold the tips of the crescent dough triangles over the filling and tuck them under the center to seal the ring.
- Brush the top with melted butter and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

- Serve with extra cranberry sauce for dipping.
- Fresh rosemary sprigs can be used for garnish.
