Description

A quick and delicious beef and broccoli stir-fry that’s perfect for any weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Mix honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
  6. Pour sauce over beef and broccoli, stir well.
  7. Cook for 2 more minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Serve hot.
