A quick and delicious beef and broccoli stir-fry that’s perfect for any weeknight dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and black pepper.
- Pour sauce over beef and broccoli, stir well.
- Cook for 2 more minutes until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot.
