Ingredients

  • 10 oz large marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and tools (mixing bowl, spatula, baking dish).
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and marshmallows together, stirring until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in rice cereal until fully coated.
  4. Gently fold in the salted caramel sauce until evenly distributed.
  5. Grease the baking dish and transfer the mixture into it, pressing down firmly with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top while warm; let cool for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
