Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Sauté diced onions in a skillet over medium heat until translucent, then add ground beef. Cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce and mixed vegetables; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine cooked noodles with the beef mixture and transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
