Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add eggs, vegetable oil, and hot water to the dry ingredients; mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, dissolve the lemon jello mix in hot water until fully dissolved.
- Combine the jello mixture with the cake batter; stir gently until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before frosting with your choice of whipped topping or cream cheese frosting.
