A delicious and quick recipe for garlic butter steak bites served with creamy Parmesan rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak (well-marbled)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the steak into bite-sized pieces and mincing the garlic.
- Cook the rice by bringing chicken broth and rice to a boil in a medium pot, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Reduce heat and add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring until fragrant.
- Return steak bites to the skillet, tossing in the garlic butter sauce for about one minute.
- Fluff the cooked rice with a fork, mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted, and serve warm alongside steak bites.
Notes
- For best results, use high-quality sirloin steak.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before cutting to retain juices.
