These Gochujang Chicken Wings are a flavorful and spicy dish perfect for your next gathering. The combination of gochujang, honey, and soy sauce creates a delicious glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the oven.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the glaze.
  4. Pour two-thirds of the glaze over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread wings on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Halfway through baking, brush remaining glaze on wings for added flavor.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
