Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ripe peaches
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Wash, peel, and dice the peaches. In a bowl, mix them with sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into four-inch squares.
  4. Place about two tablespoons of peach filling in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners over the filling to form a package and twist gently.
  6. Brush each cruffin with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
