These fluffy pumpkin sage dinner rolls are perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) instant yeast
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup fresh sage leaves, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, brown sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and pumpkin puree until smooth. Pour into the dry ingredients.
- Fold in chopped sage leaves until evenly mixed.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area for about an hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into golf ball-sized portions. Arrange on a greased baking tray.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Make sure the milk is warm, but not too hot, to ensure the yeast activates properly.
- These rolls can be served warm or at room temperature.
