Description
This creamy roasted onion and garlic dip is perfect for serving with chips or veggie sticks. Simple and delicious!

- 2 large yellow onions, sliced into wedges
- 1 whole head of garlic
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and slice the onions into wedges; slice off the top of the garlic head.
- Place onions and garlic on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor. Add cream cheese, sour cream, thyme, salt, and pepper; blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve in a bowl garnished with extra thyme; enjoy with chips or veggie sticks.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix in some grated cheese or spices according to your preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
