Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned and fully cooked.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar substitute, and chili flakes. Mix well, ensuring the beef absorbs all the flavors.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is slightly softened but still has a little crunch.
