- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 1–2 tbsp milk (adjust for consistency)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with foil and place a rack on top.
- Lay out bacon slices, brush with maple syrup, and sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until caramelized and crispy. Let cool, then chop into small bits.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut holes in the center of each biscuit dough piece (to form donuts).
- Fry until golden brown on each side (about 1–2 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Roll warm donuts in the mixture until fully coated.
- In a bowl, whisk powdered sugar, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla until smooth and pourable.
- Drizzle maple glaze generously over donuts.
- Sprinkle with chopped candied bacon.
- Enjoy warm, sticky, and sweet with a cup of coffee!
