Delicious cheesy garlic rolls made with King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, perfect as a side or appetizer.

- 1 package King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups shredded or thinly sliced cheese (e.g., sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped (optional)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the rolls horizontally and spread the garlic butter mixture inside.
- Layer the cheese in between the rolls.
- Wrap the rolls in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melty.
Notes
- These rolls are best served warm.
- You can substitute any cheese of your choice.
- Add more herbs according to your preference for flavor.
