Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken slices and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the drained spaghetti and toss gently with the mixture. Sprinkle in Monterey Jack cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
