- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- Olive oil for cooking
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken slices and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add the drained spaghetti and toss gently with the mixture. Sprinkle in Monterey Jack cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, consider adding red pepper flakes.
