- 1 can (20 oz / 565 g) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana, sliced (optional)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional, for fluffiness)
- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip) or freshly whipped cream
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (adds creaminess & tang)
- ½ cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix whipped topping, sour cream (or yogurt), powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
- Gently fold in crushed pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, banana slices, and marshmallows (if using). Mix until evenly coated with the creamy base.
- Transfer mixture into a glass dish or loaf pan. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours (overnight for firmer texture).
- Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving for easier scooping. Garnish with extra berries on top.
