Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter (and sugar if using). Press firmly into the base of a springform pan (8–9 inch). Chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla and lemon juice, mixing well. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
