Description
Delicious clusters of chocolate-coated almonds and seeds, perfect for a snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups raw almonds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup raw cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup raw honey
Instructions
- Add the dry ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse for about 1 minute.
- Spread this dry mix in a baking sheet.
- Pour the honey equally over the nuts and seeds.
- Using a silicone spatula, help the honey penetrate into the nuts a bit.
- Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes, tossing and turning the nuts a couple times in between.
Notes
- Keep an eye on the nuts to prevent burning.
- Adjust sweetness by modifying the amount of honey.
