Description
A creamy, cool, cloud-soft Christmas dessert dip with peppermint sparkle and winter cranberry pop.
Ingredients

- 1 box (3.4 oz / 96g) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 jar (8 oz / 225g) Marshmallow Fluff or marshmallow crème
- 1 tub (8 oz / 225g) Cool Whip or whipped topping, thawed (or use 2 cups homemade whipped cream)
- 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
- ½ tsp peppermint extract (add up to 1 tsp for a stronger flavor)
- 1 to 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup fresh or sugared cranberries
- Crushed candy canes or peppermint candies (about 3–4 candies)
- Optional: white chocolate flakes or sprinkles
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk until slightly thickened (about 1 minute). Add marshmallow fluff and beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip or whipped cream gently until fluffy and combined.
- Stir together cranberry sauce and peppermint extract. Gently swirl it into the fluff — don’t overmix to create a candy-cane pink marbled effect.
- Fold in 1 cup mini marshmallows. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with sugared cranberries, extra marshmallows, and crushed peppermint. Optionally, sprinkle with white chocolate flakes.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving to thicken and develop flavor. Serve with vanilla wafers, butter crackers, pretzels, gingerbread cookies, apple slices, or just a big spoon.
Notes
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the peppermint extract to 1 tsp.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
