Description

A delicious and fun-to-eat Pull-Apart Pepperoni Pizza Bread that is perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade pizza dough, ~16 oz each)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ½ cups sliced pepperoni
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano + basil mix)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan (or round baking dish). Cut biscuit dough or pizza dough into bite-sized chunks.
  2. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley. Toss dough chunks in mixture until evenly coated.
  3. In the greased pan, add half of the dough pieces. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni slices. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  4. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. If the top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
  5. Cool 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add more red pepper flakes.
  • Can substitute pepperoni with other toppings like sausage or vegetables.
  • Best served warm for optimal flavor and texture.
