Description
A delicious and fun-to-eat Pull-Apart Pepperoni Pizza Bread that is perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade pizza dough, ~16 oz each)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 ½ cups sliced pepperoni
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano + basil mix)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 ½ cups marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan (or round baking dish). Cut biscuit dough or pizza dough into bite-sized chunks.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parsley. Toss dough chunks in mixture until evenly coated.
- In the greased pan, add half of the dough pieces. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, and pepperoni slices. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. If the top browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil.
- Cool 5 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute pepperoni with other toppings like sausage or vegetables.
- Best served warm for optimal flavor and texture.
