Description
A delicious baked sushi rice casserole with imitation crab and cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups sushi rice
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 ½ cups shredded imitation crab meat
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 4 nori sheets, chopped
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (for topping)
Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions and stir in rice vinegar while warm.
- In a bowl, combine imitation crab meat, cream cheese, half of the green onions, and soy sauce to taste.
- Spread the cooked rice in a greased baking dish. Layer the crab mixture on top and sprinkle with chopped nori.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and Sriracha.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before garnishing with remaining green onions.
