  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece for even cooking.
  4. Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place skewers on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
  7. Serve hot with ranch dressing or garlic aioli for dipping.
