Description
Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are a must-try for a delicious and easy meal.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1½ lbs (680 g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for topping)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes, olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until chicken is evenly coated.
- Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a small gap between each piece for even cooking.
- Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place skewers on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing or garlic aioli for dipping.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh chicken breast.
- Adjust the amount of ranch seasoning to taste.
- These skewers can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before cooking.
