Delicious Red Velvet Oreo Cream Cheese Cups that combine the rich flavors of red velvet cake and creamy mousse, topped with Oreos.

- 1 cup (125 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) buttermilk
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp red food coloring
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) cold heavy cream
- Crushed Oreos or whole mini Oreos for topping
- White chocolate shavings for topping
- Red velvet crumbs (from cake) for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix sugar, oil, egg, buttermilk, vinegar, vanilla, and red food coloring until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix just until combined.
- Pour into a lined 8×8-inch pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely, then crumble half the cake finely for layering.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
- In clear dessert cups or jars, layer red velvet cake crumbs and cream cheese mousse, repeating layers.
- Top with more cream cheese mousse.
- Sprinkle with red velvet crumbs, white chocolate shavings, and top with an Oreo cookie.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
