- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries (optional)
- 1 cup cubed pound cake or ladyfingers (optional)
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
- Whipped cream swirls (for garnish)
- Fresh berries (for garnish)
- Light dusting of powdered sugar (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy and combined.
- In a large glass bowl or trifle dish, layer half of the cheesecake mixture.
- Add a layer of mixed berries (and cake cubes if using).
- Repeat with remaining cheesecake mixture and more berries.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Top with extra whipped cream, fresh berries, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
