Description

A delicious glazed salmon served over a fresh salad.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for dressing)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (for dressing)
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and lemon juice to create the glaze.
  2. Brush the glaze over salmon fillets placed on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400°F for 12–14 minutes or grill for 10 minutes.
  4. Assemble greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions in a bowl or platter.
  5. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
  6. Place cooked salmon over the salad and drizzle with dressing.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and herbs before serving.
