Description
A delicious glazed salmon served over a fresh salad.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cucumbers sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for dressing)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (for dressing)
- Sesame seeds
- Fresh herbs
Instructions
- Whisk olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and lemon juice to create the glaze.
- Brush the glaze over salmon fillets placed on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400°F for 12–14 minutes or grill for 10 minutes.
- Assemble greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions in a bowl or platter.
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
- Place cooked salmon over the salad and drizzle with dressing.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and herbs before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be served warm or cold.
- Use your favorite mixed greens for added flavor.
